Open Webhook Monitor and always set the right time window first (last 10m for incidents, 24h for trends). Then verify monitor runtime from /api/monitor/status before drilling into logs.

What are healthy monitor KPIs?
Target stable 2xx dominance, low failed/stale trend, high callback coverage, and no unexplained latency spikes. Track trend direction more than single points.
Where do most incidents start?
Usually from permission drift, expired tokens, template mismatch, or bad queue payload. Start from time filter, then endpoint + error code + owner mapping.
Can we publish monitor screenshots externally?
Yes, only after sanitization: mask tokens, IDs, phone numbers, customer names, and internal URLs not intended for public docs.
