These Terms govern the use of FlowBot AI services and integrations with Meta products.

Service description

FlowBot AI provides workflow automation, conversation tools, and API integrations. Availability and features may evolve over time.

Customer responsibilities

• Maintain lawful use of WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram channels.
• Keep account credentials secure and accurate.
• Ensure end-customer communications comply with applicable law.

Billing model

Meta message charges are paid by the customer directly to Meta. Platform subscription or usage fees are paid to FlowBot AI under your selected commercial plan.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service for spam, unlawful content, impersonation, or any activity that violates Meta policies or local laws.

Limitation of liability

FlowBot AI is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, third-party outages, or policy actions by Meta.
