Billing model

Meta communication fees are billed directly by Meta to the customer's own WhatsApp Business account. FlowBot AI charges separately for software usage (fixed monthly plan or usage-based pricing).

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and protect system integrity.
