Scope

You can request deletion of your account data and connected channel data by following the steps below.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with subject: "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your account email, company name, and connected phone number(s).
  3. We verify ownership and process the request within 30 days (usually faster).

What will be deleted

  • User profile and workspace data stored by FlowBot AI.
  • Conversation records, leads, and related metadata in our system.
  • Stored API/webhook logs except records we must retain by law.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations, for the minimum period required by law.
